Lindau is not only the home of Bavaria's one and only lighthouse, but also a center for modern automotive sealing systems.
In this picturesque town, the Schnitzer Group supports a renowned automotive supplier in the industrialization of profile seals.
Thanks to our project engineer Eckehard Hochholzer, who has more than 25 years of expertise in elastomer processing, we are mastering this project challenges together.
The Schnitzer Group's tasks are:
- Monitoring the overarching PEP (product development process)
- Feasibility check and calculation of design drafts
- Development of tool and machine concepts
- Creation of specifications for the inquiry and procurement of injection molds, machines and their peripherals
- Construction status checks in 2D and 3D conceptual design
- Support for new tools and machines up to series production readiness
