Schnitzer Group is an independent and globally active technical service company. Since 1992, it has been primarily active in the automotive industry, specializing in the industrialization of complex technical development and ramp-up projects. In these projects, Schnitzer Group works according to the holistic SYSTEMIC Upgrade method.
50 experienced Schnitzer employees work in collaboration with our customers to supply specialist know-how in the project, technology and quality areas that is tailored to the situation. Our team members come from different backgrounds. Nearly all employees have a technical education or a degree in engineering. We are rooted in our trade and have never lost touch with it. Shortened development cycles, new technologies, supplier problems, modified production processes, alternative materials and relocation of tools and systems – all these factors slow down the product creation process (PEP) and require attentiveness. In these bottleneck situations, we provide support continuously or in a "task force" setup – with full deployment worldwide. For analysis, we offer in-depth technical expertise: Knowledge of tooling and equipment, materials and process in addition to knowledge of the emotional and social connections among the people involved.
