Double Power from Weißenburg!
Our SYSTEMIC Project Managers Jörg Wörrlein and Gernot Tutsch from the Weissenburg site in Bavaria recently visited a supplier of injection molded parts near Heilbronn.
The task was to analyze, qualify and finally optimize the filling process of a complex 2K exterior component.
To date, the quality of the component did not meet the customer's requirements and could therefore not be released for production.
Thanks to the many years of experience of both experts, it quickly became clear that only a change to the mold would lead to the desired result. Various parameter adjustments in the injection molding process did not achieve any significant improvements in advance. By changing the tool, it was possible to optimize the process and ultimately achieve the "OK" quality of the component.
Our holistic approach "SYSTEMIC Upgrade" and the partnership-based exchange with the project participants, on the part of the customer or supplier, lead to a noticeable engineering upgrade in the projects!
