9-day Q-seminar at the Schnitzer Group: What, how and why quality?
At its core, "quality" describes the degree of conformity between the characteristics of a product or service and the expectations of the customer. It is about whether a product or service fulfills the desired benefit and meets the customer's requirements.
Our Schnitzer Group quality experts Wolfgang Strotmann, Daniela Melzer and Wilhelm Kellermann introduced the participants to quality in relation to component sampling and supplier qualification in an intensive Q-seminar. Quality standards and guidelines along the guidelines of the new VDA Vol. 2 were trained in a focused manner and in some cases "hotly" discussed using practical examples.
