Along the way in the gauge management
The proper acceptance and testing of control devices - including measurement recordings and test gauges with the associated documentation at the supplier and model/gauge manufacturer - in accordance with the specifications, play a central role in ensuring the final component quality.
Our SYSTEMIC Quality Managers Karl Dobelmann and Richard Schmid recently took on these tasks at a manufacturer of gauges near Heilbronn. This primarily consisted of the acceptance of gauges for body parts such as hoods, doors and fenders. Inspection devices and gauges are in safe hands with the Schnitzer Group quality experts. We assume an important interface function between customers and their suppliers.
